Founderquiet offers reflective sessions and guided practice for owners and partners. These services aim to foster clarity, balance, and improved collaboration.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides, workbooks, and recorded sessions related to reflection practice.

4. Physical Goods

We offer printed materials and branded items.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before a booked session. In case of cancellation more than 72 hours before the start time, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days. If cancellation occurs between 48 and 72 hours before the session, a partial refund of 50% will be issued within 14 days. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, as slots are reserved and preparatory work is incurred. Sessions may be rescheduled one time without fee when requested at least 48 hours prior.

5.2 Information Products

Digital materials are available for return within 7 days from the date of download, provided access has not been granted or files have not been viewed. To request a refund, contact us through the form. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days. No refund is available once files have been downloaded or accessed.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. Upon receiving the returned item, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 days. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. Damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of services or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
